Day by Day
Day 1: Marrakech photo walk
A dawn walk in the medina with a local guide: craftsmen opening their shops, the dyers' souk, light shafts in covered lanes. Afternoon free, then sunset over the rooftops and Jemaa el-Fna from a terrace.
Day 2: Marrakech → Tizi n'Tichka → Ait Ben Haddou
Stops for Atlas landscapes and Berber villages on the pass. Sunset at Ait Ben Haddou, night next to the ksar.
Day 3: Ait Ben Haddou → Skoura → Dades Gorge
Sunrise on the ksar, then the kasbahs of Skoura and the rock formations of the Dades Valley in the golden afternoon light.
Day 4: Dades → Todra Gorge → Merzouga
Morning light in the Todra Gorge, then the Erg Chebbi dunes for a sunset shoot on a camel caravan and astrophotography from camp.
Day 5: Merzouga → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate
Sunrise on the high dunes, then a long scenic drive via Nkob and the Draa Valley palm groves to Ouarzazate.
Day 6: Ouarzazate → Telouet → Marrakech
The Ounila Valley and the Telouet kasbah's painted rooms, then back over the Atlas to Marrakech.
